Description
Translated into English as "What Have We Done?," this song was very popular song at funerals and gained greater popularity due to its use by anti-apartheid activists. It is compared to the Civil Rights Movement song "We Shall Overcome." Anti-apartheid movement used music heavily and these songs commonly used rhetorical questions. "Senzeni Na?" was featured at the end of the album version of the Peter Gabriel song "Biko," which in turn was a tribute to anti-apartheid activist Steve Biko and sung at his funeral.
