In a letter dated 24 September 2003, Sadako Ogata, Scholar-In-Residence and Chair for the Advisory Board on Human Security announces to UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan about her departure for Tokyo after positive meeting with members of Advisory Board on Human Security Trust Fund, such as S. Iqbal Riza, Chef de Cabinet and Professor Adedeji. She also informs him about her nomination to the post of President of Japan International Cooperation Agency, following the TICAT Tenth Session.
