Description
John Maley sends a thank you letter to Kofi Annan the letter he sent him requesting a generous contribution by the government of Canada to the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the DDR program in Sierra Leone. In the letter he let Annan know that although the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade is not mandated to fund programs like DDR. He let him know that CIDA would be able to contribute a total of one million dollars for DDR.
