Iqbal Riza, Under-Secretary-General, Chef de Cabinet of UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, for review and approval, a detailed noted mentioning the rights, privileges, immunities and capacities provided to the Holy See as an Observer to United Nations, in accordance to the operative paragraph 1 of its resolution 58/314 of 1 July 2004 by the General Assembly on its next 58th Session.
