Hans Corell, Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs, The Legal Counsel reports the UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan about the progressive transition between the United Nations provisional Secretariat of the International Criminal Court to the Secretariat of the Court. Corell mentions also that the Office of Legal Affairs has transferred substantial documents to Bruno Cathala, newly-elected Registrar of the Court while others will remain in the Archives of the United Nations in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Conference.
