Message: Funding for the High-Level Panel on Threats, Challenges and Change

Loraine Rickard-Martin is the drafter of this letter, transmitted (through Kieran Prendergast) to Mr Syed Iqbal Riza, Under-Secretary-General, Chef de Cabinet of UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan for approval. The letter serves to request financial and political support from Heads of States and Prime Ministers of several countries, named below, to establish a High-level Panel on Threats, Challenges and Change and intends the principle of collective action to meet current major threats and challenges.
